Delivery Information

SHIPPING:

• We are shipping worldwide from EUROPE, Ukraine.
• All items will be send from Ukraine by Registered Air Mail package with a tracking number.
  
• We ship package from PRIVATE PERSON.
• We can include invoices inside the package if you need it.

• The shipping cost included to the price. For combined shipping two or more items, please contact us.
  
• Quick delivery! Europe - approx 15-20 days , USA - approx 15-20 days . (If there is no big delay at post offices.)
  
• The item(s) will arrive to you in 6-30 days , depending on postal delays and your location.
  
• All items are not insured. If you want to insure it, only contact us!
  
• If you haven't received your package during 3 weeks, please, email me and we will track your package and will try to find its location.
  
  Handling time after receiving cleared payment:
• for lenses 7-10 days
  
• for accessories 2-4 days

RETURNS:

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please, open a claim with your postal office and inform us about this issue.
  
• If you don't like an item you bought, you can return it.
  
• All returned products must be received in saleable condition within 30 days.
  
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• Once the returned item(s) is received, please allow 7 days for the credit to be processed, shipping cost will be excluded.
  
• Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Shipping cost is not refundable.
